Responsibilities

• Own weekly operational rhythms that keep ministry moving
• Build systems for scheduling, facilities, and guest experience
• Partner with ministry leaders to remove friction from their work
• Track budgets, vendors, and project timelines with clarity
• Improve processes without smothering people in bureaucracy
• Lead volunteers and coordinators with kind accountability
• Prepare weekend readiness checklists and incident response plans
• Surface data that helps pastors make better decisions
• Coordinate cross-team projects from kickoff through follow-through
• Protect a culture of excellence, hospitality, and calm under pressure

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, administration, or ministry systems roles
• High ownership and follow-through on multi-step projects
• Comfort with tools like spreadsheets, project boards, and calendars
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead volunteers and cross-functional partners
• Calm problem-solving when weekends get unpredictable
• Discretion with sensitive staff and congregational information
• Heart for the local church, not only process efficiency
